The short answer
Landlord Studio cost depends on the plan and unit count. Go is free for three units. Pro's default page setting shows an annual price, but that is not a quote for every portfolio. The current page also shows conflicting Pro Plus totals. We leave those totals unresolved rather than choosing a cheaper figure.

Explore plansUse the exact plan, unit count and billing term to price Landlord Studio. Go has a three-unit limit and manual tracking. Pro adds bank feeds and reports. The default Pro display is $144 a year, but extra units change the quote. Do not rely on the inconsistent Pro Plus totals without confirmation from the selected-plan checkout.
We checked the official pricing page on October 15, 2026. This is a published-data check, not a paid account test. The page lists Go with three units and one account user. It lists Pro with bank feeds and Schedule E reports. Confirm the plan details at your chosen unit count.
The default Pro display shows $12 a month as an equivalent, billed $144 annually. That is an annual payment, not proof you can pay that amount each month. The unit selector can change the quote. Record the selected count and billing term with any number you use.
Different page sections show different annual Pro Plus totals beside the monthly-equivalent display. The values do not give a clear single quote. We do not use the tier in a cheapest-cost ranking. Check the actual selected-plan checkout before deciding on that tier.
Go can fit a small manual ledger. Pro is the plan to inspect if bank feeds and paid reports are the reason to move from a sheet. Name the task before comparing the fee. Paying for unused features will not make the records more accurate.
Check how the vendor defines a unit and how an inactive or archived rental affects the limit. Do not assume your own spreadsheet count matches the account's billing count. If another person needs access, check the user limit too. A unit price alone may not cover the way you work.
This pricing check does not establish a complete current payment-fee schedule. Leave ACH and other transaction costs unknown until the selected-plan terms confirm them. A subscription and a rent-transfer fee are different lines. Check the payer rather than describing an account as all-in free.
Ask which reports remain accessible after a downgrade and how to take transactions and receipts out. Open a sample file outside the account. A totals report is not a full ledger. Keep a closed-period copy before changing the plan so an access limit does not block your records.
No. The current page lists a three-unit limit for Go. Check how the account counts units before moving records. A plan that fits your present rentals may not fit the next purchase. Price the paid route in advance if you expect to exceed the free limit.
Not necessarily. The default Pro display pairs its monthly equivalent with an annual total. Confirm the billing term and upfront amount. An annual plan can show a lower monthly equivalent while requiring a larger payment at once. Compare the full term rather than just the number before “per month.”
The current public page shows conflicting annual totals in different sections. We have not established which applies to a selected account. Choosing one would create false precision. Confirm the checkout and terms, then record the unit count and billing period before using the amount in a comparison.
No. Bank feeds reduce typing but can still import duplicates or misclassify transfers. Check the month against the bank statement. Keep the ledger detail and receipts outside a summary graph. A paid report helps organize records; it does not prove that every input or tax category is correct.
Check Landlord Studio cost at the selected unit count and billing term. Go's limit and Pro's paid tasks are clear starting points. Pro Plus needs quote confirmation. Use the rental accounting comparison to decide whether those tools fit the work before choosing the subscription.
