Best Landlord Software compares tools by the tasks and limits in their current plans. Each pick should say who it suits and where it falls short. We do not sell a place in a ranked list. A vendor’s claim is not a result we have measured.

How the site may earn

A software vendor can pay us a fee for a signup through a paid link. The signup must meet that vendor’s terms. We may join affiliate programmes later. Links today are not paid: they go directly to official product or pricing pages, and we receive no commission from them. They do not promise a free signup or a reward.

A payment to us does not change the fee or scope of the vendor plan we describe. We do not rank a tool by the size of a referral fee. This disclosure is linked from the footer throughout the site.

How recommendations are chosen

We start with the visitor’s task and the exact product or plan. We compare official published facts, including the payer and billing term. A missing export or unclear fee stays unknown. A source conflict prevents a confident price verdict until it is resolved.

Our reviews use published product and help pages. We have not tested the tools by running a rental business in them. We do not invent stars, customer counts or claims of use. A listed feature does not prove how fast a task will run or what legal result it will produce.

Dates and changes

The comparison records state when the source was checked. Prices and features can change later. Confirm the selected checkout before buying. A product page’s current year is not proof that every source was rechecked that day.

When a material fact changes, the source record and affected pages need a fresh check. We retain the distinction between the old claim and the correction rather than silently treating the new fact as always true.

We use official guidance for screening and tax-process claims. The guides do not guarantee compliance, a particular tenant result or tax savings. Current local rules and the actual facts can change the required steps. A software template or checklist cannot decide those facts.
