Report a correction

Name the vendor and the plan or report package. Tell us the source organisation and the page title, without pasting a web address; links are filtered to reduce spam. For a price, state who pays and which billing term applies. Do not send private account details.

Keep private records out of email

Do not send tenant names, ID documents, credit files, court reports or bank passwords. We cannot check a person’s private consumer report. Use the report company’s secure dispute route for a possible error. A note to this site does not start that dispute.

Other requests

For a vendor account, payment or refund issue, use that vendor’s help route. For a download problem, name the file and describe what went wrong. Use made-up figures to show the issue. Do not attach a filled tenant ledger.
